No compromise with the culture of death

Wesley J. Smith, bioethicist and friend of Texas Right to Life, joined Fr. Barnabas Powell on the show “Faith Encouraged Live” to discuss the Texas Advance Directives Act (TADA) and the tragedy of hospital discrimination.

Smith has long encouraged the Texas Legislature to repeal TADA, which has been law since 1999.  He discusses the tragic case of Chris Dunn, a hospitalized patient who passed away two days before Christmas after fighting Houston Methodist Hospital’s attempt to remove life-sustaining care.
