Abilene abortion center to close

Our funding cuts to the abortion industry are working! A Planned Parenthood abortion center in Abilene just announced that it will close its doors permanently on November 9 — a direct result of budget cuts directed at the abortion industry, spearheaded by Texas Right to Life.

The Planned Parenthood Perini Center, which dispensed RU-486 (the abortion pill), will be the 14th Planned Parenthood center to close in Texas since the Texas legislature redirected $64.2 million away from the abortion industry to other healthcare agencies in 2011.
