A tale of two female politicians: Carly Fiorina and Hillary Clinton could not be more divided on the Planned Parenthood scandal

Republican presidential candidate Carly Fiorina has been one of the most – if not the most– outspoken figure in politics on the Planned Parenthood fetal body parts scandal.  She has appeared in media almost daily since the first undercover video was released to decry the illegal actions of the abortion conglomerate.  She has called repeatedly for the defunding of Planned Parenthood, passage of the federal Pain-Capable Unborn Child Protection Act, and action from her Democratic counterparts who have been all but mum on the scandal for over a week and a half.

Until last week, that is, when Hillary Clinton – whose previous silence Fiorina called “deafening” – spoke out about the scandal at an appearance in South Carolina.  Predictably, though, Clinton planted herself firmly in the PP-defenders camp, citing the organization’s entirely unrelated offerings (think birth control and cancer screenings) and obfuscating the scandal with rhetoric suggesting that Planned Parenthood is the victim (not, of course, the human beings who were crushed and dissected for profit inside the walls of PPs across the country).

Fiorina’s approach to abortion is consistently aggressive and no-holds-barred – a refreshing and increasingly popular approach among politicians who appear to be exasperated with the media status quo.  Watch Fiorina’s epic Planned Parenthood blast below, and her unabashed call for Clinton to level up on the issue.
