Vote Pro-Life Hero Kat Wall Over Sitting Rep. In Central Texas

Texas Right to Life PAC proudly endorses Kat Wall for Texas House District 13 over the sitting representative, Angela Orr.

Kat Wall is a proven Pro-Life leader who has consistently stood on the front lines defending the most vulnerable Texans. She has fought to protect preborn babies, served as an expert witness advocating for vulnerable hospital patients, and led Pro-Life initiatives that put compassion into action. In the Texas House, Kat will work to strengthen and enforce Texas’s Pro-Life laws, ensuring they are upheld and expanded to protect both mothers and their children.

Unfortunately, Representative Angela Orr has repeatedly put the fight for Life on the back burner during her two terms in office. In her first legislative session, she authored an amendment that would have harmed vulnerable patients. When faced with key Pro-Life votes, Orr faltered—supporting legislation to extend Medicaid for postpartum women without clarifying that taxpayer dollars would not be used for abortion. She voted for a measure that would require medical providers to offer emergency contraception to sexual assault victims, despite the fact that these drugs can cause early abortions.

More recently, as committee chair over pregnancy center funding, Orr did not increase support for these services. Even worse, she worked behind the scenes to block efforts to fund critical Pro-Life resources that women and families in crisis depend on.

Waco deserves a representative who will stand firm and not waver when it comes to protecting Life.

It’s time for House District 13 to elect a Pro-Life leader who will stand strong on her values.
