Houston: Send Briscoe Cain to Congress!

Briscoe Cain was born and raised in the Houston area. He’s a husband and a dad to five boys. For nearly 10 years, he’s represented District 128 in the Texas House. And during that time, he has earned a 100% Pro-Life voting record every single year.

That means when tough votes came up, he didn’t waffle. He didn’t dodge. He stood firm.

His opponent doesn’t have that kind of record — and has suggested putting the abortion issue off to the side, as if it’s not urgent. But for many Texans, the loss of so many babies each year is not something to ignore. It matters now.

Rep. Cain played a key role in passing the Texas Heartbeat Act in 2021 — the law that protects babies once a heartbeat is detected. This happened before Roe v. Wade was overturned nationwide. He worked hard for that bill, and abortion activists even sued him personally to try to silence him.

He didn’t back down.

In 2025, Cain also helped write a bill to stop abortion pills from being illegally shipped into Texas from other states. The bill was blocked during the regular session, but he kept pushing. In a special session, the measure finally passed.

That’s the kind of leadership you want — someone who keeps fighting, even when it’s hard.

Now he’s asking for your vote to take that same determination to Congress. If you want someone who has already proven he’ll stand up for babies and for Texas families, Rep. Briscoe Cain has a record you can look at — not just promises.

Early voting runs February 17–27. Election Day is March 3.
