Re-Elect Pro-Life Champion Representative Jeff Leach for House District 67!

Representative Jeff Leach has faithfully served House District 67 (Collin County) and has proven himself to be a strong and consistent Pro-Life champion. During his time in office, he has fought to protect the most vulnerable Texans and to build a Pro-Life Texas.

During the 89th Texas Legislature, Representative Leach authored the Woman & Child Protection Act to stop deadly abortion pills targeting preborn babies and their mothers. When the bill failed to advance during the regular session, Leach signed Texas Right to Life’s letter urging Governor Abbott to include Pro-Life issues in the special session call. He then refiled the bill during both special sessions. His persistence paid off when the ban on mail-order abortion pills passed during the second special session as House Bill 7, becoming one of the strongest Pro-Life laws in the nation. 

Beyond this, Representative Leach played a key role in shaping life-affirming policy. He voted to further fund the Thriving Texas Families Program, protecting pregnancy center support and ensuring it goes only to Pro-Life providers. He also voted to stop liberal cities from using taxpayer dollars to fund abortion travel. Additionally, Leach supported legislation guaranteeing perinatal palliative care referrals and information for families whose preborn child is diagnosed with a life-threatening condition. 

Texas needs lawmakers who will fight for Life, even when it’s difficult. Representative Leach has consistently been one of those brave leaders, and he will continue to be.
